The healing properties of essential oils.

The essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that can help with relaxation, pain, stress relief, muscle tension, and overall wellness. There are more than 90 types of essential oils, each with its own unique smell and potential health benefits. The essential oils smell nice and their “aromas” are all plant-based derivatives from herbs, tree extracts, and flowers. The aromatherapy massage can improve circulation, quality of sleep, skin condition, tissue healing and even digestion. The essential oils should be mixed with a carrier oil such as grapeseed, coconut or jojoba oil.

Here are some popular essential oils:

  • Lavender: calming and relaxing effects.

  • Peppermint: relieving muscle tension and headaches, boosting energy.

  • Eucalyptus: helps with respiratory issues and provides a cooling sensation.
